The PhagiaFlex CTAR device is a flexible, z-shaped exercise tool that was specifically designed to optimize the CTAR exercise (the Chin Tuck Against Resistance exercise). It provides continuous, bi-directional resistance during the exercise, which is adjustable by holding it higher (more resistance) or lower (less resistance).
